The Signature Program


The signature program ”Kiss Your Therapist Goodbye, ASAP”  is customized to provide support and understanding to your history and current life situation or situations.   The number of sessions ranges from 2 to 8 depending on your history and goals.  We discuss and examine  beliefs,  repeating patterns, current challenges and short and long term goals. In the first session we identify the most appropriate material to assist you in the most effective ways possible. Recommended assignments done between sessions (from handouts given) are as important as the work done during each session. As you go through the program, you gain clarity by viewing your life experiences from an often different, expanded perception–a way that makes sense, and empowers you to see this short-term therapy program as a bridge – taking you from where you are to where you want to be.

“Kiss Your Therapist Goodbye, ASAP” includes:

  • personalized sessions via phone, skype or in person at my West Haven, CT location

  • number of sessions from 2 to 8 depending on history and  goals

  • Session handouts,  exercises to do between sessions

  • A reading list to support  areas of interest

  • Unlimited email support for the duration of the program

  • One personalized CD/MP3 recording
